Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
Appointments are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
2. Pricing
Service prices are displayed at the time of booking. A £5 travel surcharge applies to appointments within Central London (Zone 1). Any additional charges will be agreed with you before your appointment.
3. Payments
The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment by card, bank transfer or other accepted payment methods.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for missed appointments.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe, clean and suitable environment for the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or end an appointment where there are safety concerns, inappropriate behaviour, illegal activity or unsuitable conditions.
6. Therapeutic Massage
Massage services are provided for relaxation and muscular wellbeing only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions before treatment.
7. Barbering Services
Clients are encouraged to discuss their preferred haircut before the service begins. Once a haircut has been completed in accordance with the agreed style, refunds are generally not available.
8. Liability
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information responsibly.
We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, appointment address, booking details and, for massage appointments, relevant health information that you voluntarily provide.
Your information is used to:
- Manage and confirm bookings.
- Contact you about your appointment.
- Process payments.
- Meet legal and insurance obligations where applicable.
Your information is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers such as our booking platform or payment processor where necessary to provide our services.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
The following consent form can be presented during booking or before a massage appointment.
Therapeutic Massage Health Declaration & Consent
Before your treatment, please confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery or medications that may affect your treatment.
- You understand that therapeutic massage is intended to promote relaxation and muscular wellbeing and is not a medical treatment or substitute for professional healthcare.
- Meet You will immediately inform the therapist if you experience any pain, discomfort or concerns during the treatment.and insurance obligations where applicable.
- You consent to receiving the therapeutic massage treatment you have booked.
If you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, please consult your GP or healthcare professional before booking.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in the loss of any deposit paid. If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund of any deposit or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
